By accessing or using Tabletop Battle Buddy ("the Service"), operated by Fennec Forge LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tabletop Battle Buddy is an AI-powered tactical coaching application for tabletop wargamers. The Service provides strategic briefings, army list analysis, and game tracking features. The AI-generated content is intended for entertainment and educational purposes related to tabletop gaming.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 tactical briefings per month
• Pro Tier: Unlimited tactical briefings for $4.99/month or $39.99/year

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fennec Forge LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Tabletop Battle Buddy is an independent tool designed for tabletop wargaming enthusiasts. All game names, trademarks, and intellectual property related to specific tabletop games remain the property of their respective owners. Tabletop Battle Buddy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game publisher or manufacturer.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The tactical briefings and advice provided by our AI are generated using artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, AI-generated content may contain errors or suboptimal strategies. The Service should not be relied upon as the sole source of competitive gaming advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fennec Forge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, tournament results, or gaming performance.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
